I teach meditation because over the past 25 years of practicing I have become more centered, calm, and loving. It has increased my connection to the Divine, heightened my creativity and intuition, and brought about a greater sense of peace and well-being.
In class we will:
- Learn a centering technique that quickly calms and connects us to the Divine
- Learn correct posture for meditation
- Learn to use breath and mantra as a way of entering meditation
- Learn to use the chakras (energy centers in the body) as a way of entering meditation
- Learn to quiet the mind
- Connect to the Light within us
- Be guided in life by the in dwelling Divine Presence
- Welcome more Love into our Life

Meditation and Healing Classes
I offer group classes for meditation and healing. I work with companies, groups and individuals.
You can also create your own group that I will facilitate, I find that healing and meditation work done as a group can be very powerful and take us to deeper states than we can reach on our own.
